Realvest Property Assignments (“RPA”) was established in 2010 by founder director John Swart as a niche developer of turnkey projects in the commercial and high-end residential market. Thanks to the support of a quality network of professional consultants and master builders, RPA have built an enviable reputation and pride itself in properties distinguished by design, efficiency, detailing and durability in every aspect.
John Swart – Director
John’s career in property commenced part-time in 1984, when he pioneered a small town planning scheme in the North of Pretoria while acting as owner builder of his first home. This was followed by a series of investment into high density apartments and private placements of investments into select commercial properties which ultimately led to the formation of LANDMARK PROPERTY INVESTMENTS Ltd, an unlisted commercial property fund of which John is the CEO to this day.
John’s experience in the property market spans over 3 decades and covers development, remodelling, investment and management.
